Collecting your Personal Information

In case IP-anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be truncated within the area of Member States of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases the whole IP address will be first transfered to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. The IP-anonymisation is active on this website.

Esqogito has verified and will verify annually that the attestations and assertions made about its privacy practices are true and that those privacy practices have been implemented as represented. This verification has been and will be performed by an authorized representative of Esqogito at least once a year. The verification includes the following:
That Esqogito’s published Policy is accurate, comprehensive, prominently displayed, completely implemented and accessible;
That the Policy conforms to accepted Privacy Principles;
That individuals are informed of any in-house arrangements for handling complaints and of the mechanisms through which they may pursue complaints;
That Esqogito has in place procedures for training employees in its implementation and disciplining them for failure to follow it; and

Esqogito does not knowingly or intentionally collect information from anyone under the age of 13, and we request that anyone under the age of 13 does not submit personal information. If we become aware that someone under the age of 13 has submitted personal information, we will delete the information from our records.
